Family Camp 2
Family Camp Week Two brings together an open, supportive, multigenerational community of new and familiar faces alike. Whether you have little ones, teens, or come without them, join us as we gather to build connections, take part in communal activities, and deepen our relationship with the beautiful sanctuary we call Indralaya.
A Day at Camp
We begin each day with a camp circle, welcoming newcomers and singing songs. Then we break into smaller, age-based “centering circles” to explore the year’s theme and prepare for the initiation evening, where any camper turning 13 in 2024 may choose to participate in a short ritual honoring their transition from childhood to adolescence. Afternoons provide unstructured free time for rest or exploration, with activities ranging from arts and crafts to walking tours of Indralaya’s grounds to deep singing workshops. Attendees who register for daily staff spend an hour and a half in the morning and afternoon each tending to crucial camp needs including gardening, trail maintenance, and cooking food. Three vegetarian meals are provided each day, with snacks available throughout. Evenings are a time to gather as a camp community over campfire games, a sock hop (dance party), meadow games, a talent show and more!
Our Theme
Our community-selected theme this year is Possibility. We invite you to join us on our Orcas oasis for a week shaped by curiosity, reflection, and connection built around this theme. Whatever your Possibility — shared experience, spiritual evolution, a new endeavor — you have a home at Indralaya.
