2026 Registration News
- RV and Tent accommodations are now separate categories. RV space is limited per program to 3 spaces.
- The Daily Staff discount for 2026 is $50 per day. This is reflected in the registration price table.
- Because of a new Washington State law requiring that even non-profits pay sales tax on “live program” fees we are forced to add an 8.75% sales tax to the program fee portion of registrations. This is incorporated into 2026 registration fees.
- Indralaya now has an electric vehicle charging station! You can select an electric vehicle charging fee of $5 as an optional item in your registration. You will be able to use the (new) charging station during your stay.
- Friends of Indralaya categories no longer include family memerships. If you are registering more than 2 adults, please select 2 individual annual membership fees (and provide the name of the second adult). Children or teens registered with an adult do not need a separate Friends membership to receive a discount.
- We have added an (optional) offset of credit card fees for registrations.
